Hisabi – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Hisabi mobile application ("the App"). By installing or using Hisabi, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Introduction
Hisabi is a personal finance app that helps you track expenses, income, budgets, and financial insights in a simple and user-friendly way. These Terms apply to all users of the App.
2. Use of the App
You agree to use Hisabi only for lawful and personal purposes. You must not misuse the App, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its services.
3. Data Storage
Hisabi stores your data securely in two locations:
• On your device (locally): A local copy of your financial data is saved and encrypted for your privacy.
• On our secure server: Your account details, budgets, expenses, income, analytics, and profile data are stored on our backend server to ensure proper functionality and allow login across devices.
All communication between the app and server is encrypted using HTTPS.
4. User Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into the App. Financial summaries and insights are based on your input and may not reflect your actual financial situation if the data is incomplete or inaccurate.
5. Updates & Changes
We may update Hisabi from time to time to improve features, fix issues, or enhance performance. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept any changes to functionality and these Terms where applicable.
6. Limitation of Liability
Hisabi is provided as a tool to help you organize and track your finances. We do not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. We are not liable for any decisions, losses, or damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on its data.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When significant changes occur, we may notify you within the App. Your continued use of Hisabi after such changes means you accept the updated Terms.
